Welcome to the Church Mobilization Culture Assessment

This assessment measures the level of mobilization culture that exists in the church in which you serve. The content is based on Exponential’s 2019 Made for More theme and on the books More by Todd Wilson, Made for More by Todd Wilson and Rob Wegner, and The Mobilization Flywheel by Larry Walkemeyer and Todd Wilson.

• This tool serves simultaneously as a training instrument and an assessment tool.
• It has been professionally developed and statistically validated.
• It takes approximately 20 to 30 minutes to complete.
• Upon completion, you will receive a Level 1 through 5 score indicating your church’s mobilization culture.

Accuracy

Often our self-awareness is either overly optimistic or overly critical. In this assessment, it’s especially important that you answer questions based on the actual attitudes, behaviors, and practices that are present in the church where you serve, and NOT simply on good intentions, desires, and aspirations.
